Associate Professor Yvette Blount is the Dean at Skyline Higher Education Australia (SHEA), an Institute of Higher Education in Australia, where she guides the academic functions. SHEA offers a Bachelor of IT with specialisations in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence.
Yvette is currently working on developing a Master in IT with an Artificial Intelligence specialisation. She has extensive experience in curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including business information systems and cybersecurity. Yvette is a Senior Fellow of HEA, which is evidence of her strong contribution to course development, leadership, and mentoring in learning and teaching.
Yvette’s role at Deakin University supports her research in anywhere working, supply chain, telehealth, cyber security (cyber governance, management, and ethics), blockchain, and other emerging technologies. These technologies are transforming how we work, learn, live, and play, and they are helping define a future workplace founded on teleworking and flexible work. Teleworking, or Anywhere Working, provides organisations with a sustainable competitive advantage by enhancing service quality and allowing organisations to be flexible and agile (during and post COVID19).
Before her academic career, Yvette worked in senior and consulting roles in the banking and IT industries. Her academic and industry experience underpins her teaching philosophy: to create a learning environment so that each student can engage with the content in a way that makes sense to them.
Karen Chua is the Head of International Mobility at Hoya Vision Care. Karen is responsible for developing and managing the International Mobility program at Hoya. She is also part of Hoya’s Global Total Rewards team and supports Global Total Rewards initiatives.
She brings 15 years’ experience in Global Mobility. She is based in Singapore and attended Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Emma is an International Mobility Specialist with over 10 years’ experience providing mobility support across the Engineering, Mineral Sands and Oil and Gas industries. With first-hand experience of what it is like to undertake an International Assignment, and a particular interest in policy design, Emma is dedicated to improving the employee experience in line with company direction through strategic efficiency and care.
Most recently Emma has led the transition of Iluka’s inbound mobility program, focusing on sustainability and ESG initiatives to deliver a considered approach to the attraction of overseas talent to Australia.
Caroline Fyfe is currently a Senior Business Partner within Global Mobility overseeing the mobility program within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region for Oracle. Caroline has over 17 years of experience in Global Mobility in the UK and Australia, managing all Global Mobility activities across a range of geographies.
She is an Associate Member - CIPD and completed her Master of Science (Human Resources Management) from the UK Open university and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Southampton, UK.
Prior to Oracle, Caroline was working with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she was managing the global mobility program and has streamlined processes to manage risk, compliance and regulation for mobility. She has also worked with Arup, BNP Paribas, Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
As the Singapore and Australia Strategy and Operations Manager, Jamie leads a team of immigration specialists who manage services for Amazon employees and candidates. She focuses on enhancing the employee experience, developing team members, and optimizing processes through continuous improvement and data-driven strategies.
With over 12 years of experience primarily in APAC immigration, she serves as a key liaison for cross-jurisdictional projects and advisory services and has developed policies to navigate complex global immigration challenges. Previously, she was a Senior CSM at the largest and leading immigration services provider, managing immigration programs across various industries and providing strategic advice focused on risk and compliance.
Janelle is a seasoned HR professional with over 20+ years partnering with executive leadership teams on organisation transformations that engage and motive people, driving high performance cultures. Having worked across a host of industries, from hotels and casinos to government, education and professional services, she brings a depth of international experience having worked in Australia, New Zealand, UK, China and Singapore.
Janelle leads the regional APAC HR operations for Mott MacDonald, an engineering, management and development consultancy, headquartered in the UK and who’s purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes, relentlessly focusing on excellence and digital innovation while transforming their client’s businesses, our communities and the employee experience. With the APAC region having the highest volume of mobility in the company and as a former assignee herself, Janelle understands the complexity of international mobility while appreciating the many rewards it offers to the employee, their family and the company.
Anastasia Georgiadi is an internationally experienced Global Mobility professional. She recently served as a Global Mobility Manager at RELX plc, where she transferred from London to Sydney.
Prior to that, she held similar roles at Electrolux in Sweden and PwC in Germany. Anastasia is skilled in global mobility, service delivery model optimization, project management, and mobility technology.
Darren is an experienced global mobility professional having spent time working in both the EMEA and APAC regions. Darren is experienced with providing and implementing solutions for compliance issues whilst also supporting with, and helping to implement, strategic plans from a Mobility perspective.
Within APAC, Darren has worked previously in Thailand and is currently working in Vietnam for RMIT where he is responsible for the employees' relocation experience as well as the creation of policies to help the university to meet their strategic growth aims.
Serene is an immigration professional with over 10 years of experience in Talent Mobility & Immigration compliance. Serene has extensive expertise in developing processes, policies, and tools to enhance in-house immigration programs, mitigating compliance risks, and improving operational efficiency while ensuring the best stakeholder experience.
Serene currently manages the APAC & MEA Immigration programs at Uber and leads multiple Immigration projects globally. Serene is also one of the Regional leads for the Immigrants Employee Resource Group at Uber.
Barbara Lam, Senior Manager, Global Mobility, Americas & Asia Pacific, Avery Dennison
Barbara is a highly accomplished global mobility leader with over two decades of experience across diverse industries and regions. Her career journey began in Hong Kong with Procter & Gamble, where she later relocated to Manila to lead international projects focused on expatriate payroll and process improvement. This included spearheading regional payroll migration and re-engineering projects. Barbara then leveraged her deep expertise in compensation and benefits to build and lead regional teams supporting expatriate payroll for both Procter & Gamble and IBM in the EMEA region.
Her deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific mobility landscape, coupled with her extensive international experience, uniquely positions her to effectively manage Avery Dennison's global mobility program for the Americas and Asia-Pacific region. In this role, she continues to drive innovation, leading global projects and initiatives while ensuring the company's mobility program remains agile and responsive to the ever-evolving needs of a global workforce.
Natasha is the Transformation Lead for Amazon’s Business Mobility Services change roadmap, overseeing the planning, execution, and communication of high-priority organizational changes primarily related to process re-engineering and technology changes.
Jayne is a well-known and respected global mobility leader, with deep experience in developing and executing mobility program strategies across multiple business sectors. Jayne has held roles both in-house (Kraft Foods, Unilever, Publicis, Facebook ) and at consultancies (Deloitte, Cartus) .

As the Regional Global Mobility Leader at Publicis Groupe, June Mahadevan is responsible for delivery of mobility case management, advisory and compliance services, expanding mobility services and driving mobility strategy throughout the APAC and India.

Shabina Nairn is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience across the areas of immigration, mobility, employee relations and recruitment. Fanni has joined Cargill Global Mobility since 2011. Her role includes process optimization, vendor management and business consultation. She had the opportunity to go on a short stint at Cargill Australia and led a Global Relocation Project which consolidated over 60 different providers globally to one supplier.
She was also involved in policy review, HR transformation to shared service center and other projects that are linked to Global Mobility business plans.
Prior to Cargill, Fanni was with Unilever for 7 years during which, she was in China for a short term assignment.
KC is Head of International Compensation and Regulatory Compensation Lead, based in PayPal Singapore. He has over 20 years of human resources experience in tax consulting, investment banking, asset management, private banking and FinTech companies.
KC has significant experience and knowledge in total rewards, executive compensation, employment tax, mobility, payroll, HR Risk & Compliance, and HR M&A. He is a valued resource for his governance experience through his work with corporate boards and remuneration committees.
Archana Srinivasan, HR Director, is a global people leader with over 18 years of experience in human resources management. She was responsible for regional HR operations in Asia for AtkinsRéalis and has since taken up a projects’ role focused on organizational development and change management.
