The glamorous black-tie awards ceremony will take place on 5 September 2024 at the Hotel Fort Channing, Singapore. The event concludes the FEM APAC Summit and includes a drinks reception, three-course dinner, entertainment, awards ceremony and after party.

Corporate Awards
These awards are open to all Global Mobility and HR professionals who manage overseas assignments within their own organization or company and can only be entered by a corporate professional or by a service provider on behalf of the corporate, with their permission.
Best Redesign of a Global Mobility Strategy
Awarded to the Global Mobility programme that has undergone the most successful reform of their wider strategy.
Entries should include:
- Evaluation of previous strategy and what wasn’t working/needed improvement and why
- An outline of the new strategy and steps taken to implement it
- Evidence of the positive impact on stakeholders and the wider business
Best Talent Mobility Strategy
Awarded to the Global Mobility programme that has demonstrated the best use of cross-border opportunities for attracting top-talent.
Global Mobility Team of the Year
Awarded to the in-house global mobility/international assignments/HR team with an assignment population that has demonstrated a best in place ability to deliver objectives and benefits supporting the business strategies of their organization.
Outstanding Corporate Agility & Crisis Management
Awarded to the Global Mobility team or individual who have demonstrated outstanding levels of agility, resourcefulness, and resilience in response to an unprecedented and /or challenging situation (e.g. the Covid or Ukraine crisis). This may include excellence in duty of care, policy redesign (such as virtual assignments or other policy changes), communication and business stakeholder / employee engagement, cost containment and exceeding the delivery of business objectives.

In order for your entry to be considered, please adhere to the following general guidelines for entry:
- All submissions must be made online and take the format requested In all cases, the judges are looking for concise submissions and your entry should cover as many of the listed criteria as possible
- Each entry should relate to the last 5 years
- Please keep the total word count of your entry to 2,000 words

Please ensure your entry is relevant to the region into which you are entering – if your submission relates to work carried out globally, you must highlight projects in the specific region.
Please note: In the event that your entry is shortlisted, all entry form details e.g. Entry title as completed in the online entry process will be used on Awards collateral (e.g. Website, Awards graphics, Awards Supplement, and in the event that your entry wins, on the trophy). Copy will adhere to the publication’s house style.

You are required to supply up to 3 supporting documents for this category, to be provided in low-resolution format and uploaded online.
Supporting documents can include:

- Testimonials (marketing pitches will result in disqualification)

These awards are open to all practicing Global Mobility and HR professionals and their organizations and companies as well as all service providers.
Best Employee Experience & Engagement
Awarded to the Global Mobility program that has improved the experience of its assignees through its policies, benefits or career and talent development and by going above and beyond the standard levels of duty of care.
Best Global Mobility Sustainability Initiative of the Year
Awarded to the Global Mobility in-house corporate team or service provider that has demonstrated outstanding levels of resourcefulness and care in terms of sustainability. This may include excellence in minimising environmental impact, increasing equality, diversity and inclusion or increasing responsible consumption and production.
Best Partnership between a Corporate Organization and a Service Provider
Awarded to the corporate and provider relationships that demonstrate the best delivery of service to the assignee and the business in order to support the organization strategy. Entries should clearly demonstrate the relationship between the corporate client and the service provider and may be submitted by the corporate or provider side, but both parties must be named and give their full permission for the entry.
Best Partnership between Two Service Providers
Awarded to the partnership of two service providers that combine to deliver best in class service to their corporate clients. Entries should clearly demonstrate the relationship between the two suppliers, but most importantly, the impact of their combined offerings. Entries may be submitted by either company in the partnership, but both parties must be named and give their full permission for the entry.
Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility - Assignee Management
Awarded to the organization that is providing best in class innovation or inventively using technology to bring benefit to the assignee and/or their organization in the management of mobility programs.
Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility - Bespoke Solutions
Awarded to the organization that is providing best in class innovation and created a product or systems solution to a specific problem within mobility.
Thought Leadership – Best Survey or Research Study of the Year
Awarded to the organization that has produced the leading, most relevant, innovative or comprehensive research on a topic within global mobility.
Please specify if any partner organizations have been involved and ensure that you have permission from the other party to enter.
Service Provider Awards
These awards are open to organisations and companies that provide services to Global Mobility and HR professionals and their companies. (for example, relocation management services, immigration or tax advice, removals, technology solutions, corporate housing, cultural training etc.).
Best Banking, Tax or Financial Services Provider of the Year
Awarded to the Awarded to the Expatriate Banking, Tax or Financial Services provider that has demonstrated best in class banking, tax or innovative financial services
Best Compensation or Benefits Provider of the Year
Awarded to the compensation or benefits provider that has demonstrated best in class or innovative services.
Entries should include:
- Evidence of excellence in providing compensation or benefits to assignees or business travellers and compliance with all appropriate regulations and secure systems
- Demonstrated excellence in providing compensation and benefits management for organizations
- Evidence of client (company and/or assignee) satisfaction and value
Corporate Housing Provider of the Year
Awarded to the corporate housing provider, large or small, that has demonstrated best in class corporate housing support for their clients and their internal assignee population in the last year. This includes long-term and short-term lettings.
Destination Services Provider of the Year
Awarded to the Destination Services Provider that has demonstrated best in class service destination services provided to their clients and their internal assignee population in the past year. This includes providers who assist with home search, school search, settling-in and departures, temporary accommodation, cultural awareness, spouse partner assistance etc.
Immigration Provider of the Year
Awarded to the Immigration Provider, large or small, that has demonstrated best in class immigration support and compliance for their clients and their internal assignee population in the last year.
International Health, Wellbeing or Security Management Provider of the Year
Awarded to the healthcare and/or security risk management provider that has demonstrated best in class support and compliance for their clients.
International Moving Company of the Year
Awarded to the international moving company that has demonstrated best in class removal service to their clients and their internal assignee population in the last year.

Awarded to the relocation management company that has demonstrated the provision of best in class relocation support service provided to their clients and their internal assignee population in the past year.
Individual Awards
These awards are open to all practicing Global Mobility and HR professionals and their organizations and companies as well as all service providers. Individuals can be nominated or can make their own entry.
Global Mobility Rising Star of The Year
This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who are in their first five years of working in the Global Mobility Industry, but who have been working in the industry for at least a year. They will be regarded by their colleagues and peers as having made a significant impact in the early years of their career, clearly showing exceptional abilities and be destined to be one of the “movers and shakers” in our industry for the future. The judges are looking for evidence of excellent assignee care/customer service and outstanding achievements with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation and knowledge.

Global Mobility Professional of the Year (CHOSEN BY YOU)
Once again, this award will be nominated & judged by the FEM Global Mobility community – YOU.
The process is simple just fill out a few questions below and the successful shortlist will be published on the FEM website for the Global Mobility Community to vote for their winner. This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who have worked in excess of five years in the Global Mobility industry. The judges will be looking for evidence of a significant, consistent record of achievement with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation, knowledge, excellent customer service and overall professional reputation.
Winners in this category are those likely to be considered for the Outstanding Contribution Award in future years.
The Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility
This award is in the gift of FEM and will be announced at the awards ceremony
