Teresa serves as Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Australia and New Zealand practice, comprised of offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. Also a member of Fragomen’s Executive Committee, she works to set the firm’s strategic vision and philosophy, manage its worldwide operations and ensure it remains progressive, agile, efficient, innovative and consistent across all its jurisdictions. Teresa is an Australian solicitor and also New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisor. As government immigration policies and programs evolve, and the enforcement and compliance regime become increasingly more heightened, she envisions and implements robust workforce planning and management strategies. Navigating through periods of uncertainty, she ensures a proactive approach, swiftly placing boots on the ground with efficiency.
