Serene has extensive expertise in developing processes, policies, and tools to enhance in-house immigration programs, mitigating compliance risks, and improving operational efficiency while ensuring the best stakeholder experience.

Serene currently manages the APAC & MEA Immigration programs at Uber and leads multiple Immigration projects globally.

Serene is also one of the Regional leads for the Immigrants Employee Resource Group at Uber.
