His deep involvement in engaging local immigration firms in countries where the firm partners with them ensures seamless transactional work when collaborating across borders.

At a higher level, Kenny assumes responsibility for understanding diverse immigration regimes within the region. This uniquely allows him and his team to have a comparative view of the region, allowing the team to have a deeper understanding of the various countries and to share such knowledge and insight across markets; for instance, from a government strategies perspective but also in providing strategic advice to clients for their business planning and expansion requirements.

As a multi-jurisdictional and multi-country strategist, Kenny offers invaluable insights to clients, aiding them in their decision-making processes concerning market entry and growth strategies.
