Grace is a Partner and APAC Employment Tax Lead of Vialto Partners and based in Singapore. She has over 20 years of experience in assisting multinational companies and its employees with their employment tax and consulting matters.

Grace’s advisory experience encompasses tax structuring of employee remuneration packages, equity plan reviews, tax and payroll due diligence, development of tax equalization policies, amongst others.

With her wealth of experience, Grace helps clients to improve the effectiveness of their workforce, advise on talents mobility around their business and manage their human capital risks. She also has experience in liaison with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Central Provident Fund Board. She has had international secondment experiences to UK and Australia in her stint with Vialto.

Grace holds a Professional Level Certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants as well as an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.
