In my current role I double hat as an integral member of the Strategy office of Growth Markets CEO APAC, LATAM, MEA India responsible for Programs, Synergy and Productivity.

I also play the role of Head of Staffing for TCS Asia Pacific. In this role, me and my amazing team are responsible for meeting talent needs for Asia Pacific Geography of Tata Consultancy Services Private Limited

In my previous roles, I have managed a large diversity program in partnership with AIESEC for building global talent, delivered Transformational Leadership Development Programs Lead HR for a business unit specialized in workforce planning and analytics responsible for program management office of the global business HR Head of TCS, rolled out a major global mobility system that governs compliance to immigration norms across geographies.

A hattrick HR Hackathon title winner with few copyrights and patents to my credit I was recently granted patents in the US and India as co innovator for a computer implemented method and system to identify leaders in various groups using machine language.

The passionate storyteller in me runs a not for profit story telling venture called “MaDhi - The story tellers” to take stories of moral values to children, parents and corporates along with my better half.

My key focus for current HR sojourn revolves around strategizing external local talent building (Recruitment, Onboarding, Partner ecosystems, digitization employee experience), Elevating employee experience, Mergers, People Integration, internal talent mobility and immigration compliance for 11 countries across APAC.
