As an international tax advisor with more than 20 years of experience and his role as Vialto’s APAC Remote Work Lead, Ben helps clients navigate the evolving nature of work. This involves making certain that organizations have the appropriate policies and strategies in place to tap into a global talent pool and that they (and their mobile employees) understand the tax consequences of proposed arrangements.

He also serves as a co-leader of Vialto’s Global Sports and Entertainment Practice, ensuring that both foreign talent—such as individual athletes and international sports clubs and associations—and local promoters are informed about the tax and immigration considerations related to international performance and competition, while maintaining full compliance.

Ben began his career at PwC Sydney in 2000 as part of its traineeship program. Since then, he has specialised in managing expatriate tax programs for multinational corporations, as well as advising on related topics, such as international tax, expatriate policy, employee equity awards, US personal tax, and individual tax planning.

His career has taken him to London for a three-year secondment and now to Singapore where he leads the Vialto team. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
