Avrom heads up all client engagement and service delivery activities across Weichert's APAC region. He also drives the APAC region’s thought leadership and client advisory contributions. Avrom leverages his extensive expertise and superior consultative insight to help multinational companies navigate the complexity and diversity of the global mobility landscape and drive innovative programs for Weichert clients.
Avrom's career trajectory has propelled him through several increasingly strategic mobility leadership roles across the world. He has served as the architect of several groundbreaking APAC research reports, including an industry-leading deep-dive analysis of policies and practices in China recognized with two Forum for Expatriate Management EMMA awards for ‘Best Thought Leadership/Research Survey.’ Prior to 2001, his career was centered in Europe where he worked and lived in Amsterdam, Brussels and London and pioneered the delivery of relocation services in Central and Eastern Europe.
Avrom has been twice distinguished by The Forum for Expatriate Management, having won both the EMMA award for “Outstanding Contribution to APAC Global Mobility” and “Global Mobility Professional of the Year”. He is also the recipient of multiple awards from Worldwide ERC, including a Meritorious Service Award, three Distinguished Service Awards and ERC's highest honor, the President's Award.
Avrom has written extensively on Asia Pacific mobility trends and best practices for leading HR publications worldwide. He is also a founding member and Board of Directors member for Asia’s first professional association for the global mobility community: the Asia Talent Mobility Alliance (ATMA).
