SUPPORTING STATEMENT:
Aslinda Hamid is an accomplished Global Mobility professional whose career reflects more than seven years of consistent contribution at Thoughtworks, following more than 15 years with Singapore Airlines, where she trained others in customer-experience best practices. As our Regional Mobility Partner based in Singapore, she combines technical knowledge, sound judgement and practical delivery with a clear commitment to improving the experience of employees and stakeholders.
This nomination is set against more than four years of significant organisational restructuring and repeated leadership changes. Aslinda navigated this period with resilience, professionalism and grace, keeping assignees at the centre of her work. From practical touches such as welcome lunches to dependable day-to-day support, she has helped employees feel informed, valued and welcomed throughout their mobility experience.
As regional structures and leadership changed—sometimes more than once—Aslinda repeatedly built trust with new stakeholders. She brought leaders up to speed on Global Mobility’s capabilities while supporting them in their roles. She also ensured that cross-functional mobility processes remained stable during wider staff changes, including by onboarding and mentoring staffing teams and recruiters across the region. Her collaborative, evidence-based approach has made her a respected partner to HR, Legal, business leaders and employees.
Aslinda has played a central role in modernising APAC mobility practices, including updating inbound mobility policies across Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam and China. She translates complex employment, compensation and mobility requirements into clear, consistent guidance for multiple countries and employee populations.
A strong example is the APAC compensation approach for International Assignees. Aslinda supported the move away from salary reductions where employees remain on home-country salaries, then translated the change into updated policy documentation and clear communications for affected employees, managers and functional leaders. This improved the employee proposition while ensuring the change was understood and operationalised effectively.
She has also improved service delivery by helping simplify the process for internal mobility opportunities, supporting faster outcomes, easier reporting and stronger home-host alignment. She has helped prepare mobility vendors for revised requirements and contributed to leaner accommodation guidance, enabling the function to respond more consistently to changing business demand.
As of August 2026, Singapore represents approximately 50% of the Thoughtworks Mobility Programme, with up to 60 people confirmed in the year-to-date pipeline and more than 30 movements completed. Assignees have reported 100% satisfaction with their mobility process and welcome experience.
Aslinda consistently brings together policy expertise, operational pragmatism and a strong service mindset. For these reasons, she is an outstanding candidate for the FEM APAC Global Mobility professional award.
Global Mobility Professional of the Year – Self-Nomination
For more than 26 years, I have helped organizations navigate the complexities of global workforce mobility while balancing business objectives, employee experience, compliance, and cost efficiency. As Adient's sole Global Mobility and Immigration leader, I manage the entire function across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing immigration, international assignments, relocations, vendor management, compliance, governance, policy development, and executive reporting.
Over the past several years, I have transformed Global Mobility from a transactional support function into a strategic business partner. By leading global sourcing initiatives, vendor governance programs, benchmarking exercises, and complex RFPs, I have delivered millions of dollars in savings while enhancing service quality, compliance, and employee experience. I have successfully led RFPs for tax, immigration, relocation, and global mobility services, ensuring every investment delivers measurable business value
One of my proudest accomplishments was audit of Adient's mobility program conducted by Proxima, part of Bain & Company. The independent assessment validated the strength of the program's governance, processes, controls, and vendor management framework, finding no significant red flags. The review reinforced that a highly effective and well-governed program had been built and successfully managed through a one-person mobility function.
Beyond cost savings and governance, I modernized Adient's global mobility framework by developing new policies, implementing executive dashboards and scorecards, and introducing data-driven decision-making tools that provide leadership with visibility into mobility trends, compliance risks, spending, and workforce planning. These initiatives elevated mobility's role in supporting strategic business decisions and global talent deployment.
What differentiates my approach is a commitment to transparency, partnership, and continuous improvement. During Adient's recent global relocation RFP, I led a competitive evaluation involving leading relocation providers and personally provided detailed, individualized feedback to participating vendors. Rather than offering generic responses, I walked vendors through their scores, strengths, and areas for improvement. Because the final results were separated by extremely narrow margins, vendors appreciated the transparency and professionalism of the process. Several shared that they had never experienced such a thorough, objective, and constructive evaluation from a corporate mobility leader and that the feedback would help improve their own organizations.
Testimonial:
Following the RFP for RMC, I personally debriefed each participating vendor, including Cornerstone, SIRVA, Weichert, Bristol Global, Aires, Sterling Lexicon, ReloDirect, and Odyssey. Because the final scores were separated by less than one point, I provided detailed, evidence-based feedback on their strengths and opportunities. Multiple vendors stated that, throughout their careers, they had never encountered a mobility leader who conducted such a rigorous, transparent, and professional evaluation process.

SUPPORTING STATEMENT:
Harveer Singh Chadha entered global mobility by accident and reshaped it on purpose. In 2004, a chance opening in Hyderabad put him in charge of VIP moves for Deloitte, UBS, Microsoft and Google at a moment when India had no playbook for them: an immature housing market, shifting immigration rules and global firms arriving faster than the ground could hold. Harveer wrote the protocols himself, consulting closely with corporate mobility and HR teams, iterating policy until compliance held, and building the trust that let those companies expand into India with confidence. Frameworks he shaped then are still market benchmarks.
Seven years at Santa Fe Relocation deepened the toolkit: global policy design, destination services and cross-cultural training. Then, in 2014, he rejoined IKAN to lead its India expansion, and the results define the company judges see today. He established regional offices across the country, built a high-performing national team, and championed the decision that now separates IKAN from its market: building its own technology instead of renting it. The iTrack ecosystem and AIRA, the AI relocation assistant, exist because Harveer sponsored and championed them when in-house software was an eccentric bet for a service firm. Under his leadership of DSP Services, IKAN has won FEM EMMA DSP of the Year in 2024 and 2025 and Relocate Global DSP of the Year in 2023 and 2024, holds survey satisfaction above 98% with a 4.8 Excellent Trustpilot rating, and carries the Cartus Commitment to Excellence Platinum award four years running on a 95%+ scorecard. Today, still Senior Vice President for DSP Services, he also serves as Resident Director for Europe, based in the UK, carrying Indian mobility expertise into RMC headquarters and new corporate programmes across the region.
The organizational benefits reach beyond trophies. The operation he built delivered more than 20,000 assignments for 1,000+ corporate clients, and it keeps its people: attrition under 5% in an industry defined by churn, a Great Place to Work trust index of 91, and one of the largest MIM+ specialist talent pools of any DSP. Harveer treats retention as leadership output. He designs clear career frameworks and builds the psychological safety that lets a junior consultant flag a problem before it becomes a client's problem.
Clients feel the difference personally. Testimonials cite Harveer's personal touch by name as the reason they stay, and Beth Pasiak, SVP Global Operations at Cornerstone, signed a DSP of the Year recommendation calling IKAN a strategic partner and a true extension of her team. He shares what he knows beyond his own walls, representing IKAN and Indian mobility in forums such as TIRA and EuRA and at industry panels in Hyderabad, and mentoring the next generation across the profession.
At his core, Harveer believes a successful relocation is built on honesty, respect and creative problem-solving inside compliance lines, and that every family's move deserves to be treated as a bespoke journey, not a transaction. Two decades of proof say he means it. His influence is written into how India does mobility.

From Arup Global Head of Mobility:
Natasha has made a significant and very positive impact to our team’s success over the past year. In addition to her regional role, she has contributed extensively to several key global initiatives. These have created value and benefit for our assignees, the business, and wider team members.
Natasha demonstrates strong collaboration skills. She is equally effective when leading or driving initiatives on her own, and when operating as part of a team. Good examples of this are the policy admin guide which Natasha created independently and has been warmly received by the team, and her work on the policy and tools upgrades where she contributed as an essential member of a wider team.
Natasha consistently produces thoughtful, high-quality work. She leans into her expertise as a mobility specialist to provide valuable perspectives. In doing so she has played an instrumental role in helping to advance the mobility proposition over the past year. In addition to the policy related work noted above, Natasha was the primary creator of the essentials guides and has helped to inform and influence the design of the mobility dashboard.
In these examples and others, Natasha has embraced new ways of working. I am particularly appreciative of her willingness to constructively engage with and enable change – she has been a role model to others in the team in this respect. For example, taking the initiative to set up early briefing and check in calls with her assignee population and reporting back on the positive impact of these in team meetings.
Natasha spent time coaching team members over the past year and did so with care and insight. Their work and level of confidence improved as a consequence.
