Rajesh S. Throughout his career, he has partnered with senior business leaders to build leadership pipelines, strengthen organisational capability, and align people strategies with business priorities. He spent over a decade leading and supporting leadership development initiatives within a global professional services firm, contributing to the development of future leaders and long-term succession capability. In his current role as Japan Market Unit Mobility Leader, he oversees a large international talent portfolio and leads multicultural teams across Asia, helping organisations attract, develop, and retain global talent. He combines extensive business experience with a strong academic foundation in Human Resources and organisational development. He holds a Master of Social Sciences and an MBA from Waseda University, Japan, and has conducted research in Human Resource Development, examining the relationship between workforce development, talent capability, and national economic growth. This foundation continues to shape his approach to talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.

 

Throughout his career, Rajesh has partnered with business and executive leaders to align people strategies with organisational growth, workforce transformation, and leadership capability building. He is recognised for developing high-performing teams, strengthening talent pipelines, and translating talent strategies into measurable business outcomes.

 

Prior to his current role, Rajesh spent more than a decade leading and supporting leadership development initiatives within a global professional services firm, helping design and deliver programmes that strengthened succession pipelines and accelerated the development of future leaders. These programmes continue to contribute to the firm's leadership capability and long-term talent strategy.

 

In his current role as Japan Market Unit Mobility Leader, Rajesh oversees one of Japan's largest international talent portfolios, supporting more than 5,000 non-Japanese employees and leading a team of 50+ professionals across Japan, China, India, and the Philippines. He has played a key role in building and supporting a globally diverse workforce, including the successful attraction, integration, and development of hundreds of highly skilled international graduates, including talent from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), helping organisations strengthen their global capability and delivery models.
