Khairil is an APAC HR Leader at Gemini, a New York-headquartered technology multinational, with over 16 years of experience across People Operations, Global Mobility, HR Risk and Compliance, and Business Partnering.

He has held regional and global roles with Deloitte, Amazon, Gojek, B Capital Group and Bank Jago, supporting business growth, organisational transformation, workforce governance and people risk across multiple markets. His experience is particularly focused on the intersection of people, business and regulation in complex, cross-border environments.

Beyond his corporate role, he contributes to Singapore’s HR and workforce ecosystem through the Ministry of Manpower’s Work-Life Harmony Panel, NTUC’s COMPACT, IHRP’s Organisational Practices Committee, and board-level HR committees at Yayasan MENDAKI, the Singapore College of Islamic Studies and Lembaga Biasiswa Kenangan Maulud. He also leads the MENDAKI Professional Network for Human Resources.
