Karen Chua is the Head of International Mobility at Hoya Vision Care.

Karen is responsible for developing and managing the International Mobility program at Hoya. She is also part of Hoya’s Global Total Rewards team and supports Global Total Rewards initiatives. She brings 15 years’ experience in Global Mobility. She is based in Singapore and attended Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
