His academic background is firmly rooted in human resources and law's disciplines that naturally steered him towards the realm of international people-related business. This foundation has been instrumental in his current role at Nomura, a prestigious Japanese investment bank. Based in Singapore, he oversees the mobility program and leads the mobility function for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring seamless transitions and support for the global workforce of his firm.

Prior to his tenure in Singapore, he also worked in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
