She partnered across 90 countries on a $100M HR transformation, and has built her career at the intersection of people, technology and change: translating complex systems and emerging tools into practical, human-centred adoption.

Today, she works within a global engineering consultancy shaping AI-enabled workforce capability for a distributed workforce of 36,000.
