Caitlin is a mobility expert with 30 years' experience across in-house and provider roles, gained in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Her roles have covered operational services, UK immigration, policy development and benchmarking, vendor management, and most recently, consulting and strategic advisory services. She is currently based in Hong Kong, is the leader of the HK FEM Chapter and is working as an independent consultant helping clients to find their North Star of mobility. Caitlin loves anything with an international focus; travels extensively and enjoys languages, food, fashion and folklore.
