Arvind Mathur is the Global Head of Talent Mobility at Cyient, based at the company’s headquarters in Hyderabad, India. He is responsible for shaping and leading Cyient’s global talent mobility strategy, including the governance and management of the company’s international mobility and expatriate framework. His role supports the effective and compliant deployment of talent across geographies in alignment with business priorities.
As part of his broader leadership portfolio, Arvind also oversees Group Corporate Functions. In his previous role, he had strategic responsibility for Global HR Operations, HR Compliance, Apprenticeship Program Management and Corporate Affairs, driving governance, operational excellence and stakeholder engagement across these areas.
With 25+ years of experience in Human Resources, Arvind has built extensive expertise across Global HR Leadership, Talent Mobility, International Workforce Management, HR Operations, Governance, Compliance, Organizational Effectiveness and Strategic HR Transformation. He has held leadership responsibilities across multiple geographies and previously served as Head of Human Resources for Australia and Asia Pacific, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Arvind is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CAHRI) accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and global HR standards.
