Prabal Chatterjee is currently the Head of Human Resources for TCSs Australia and New Zealand operations. He has been with TCS for over 20 years and in that time has played several leadership roles within the HR organization both in Australia and overseas. He is a graduate of Science and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

Prabal specializes in leading large and diverse teams in strategically partnering with business to achieve overall organizational Vision, Mission and goals. He believes in perseverance, team work, diligence and ownership. The key to success for him lies in stepping up and taking up the responsibility and ownership for results.

He enjoys challenges and investing time in building up the teams' collective competencies in meeting anticipated and unforeseen challenges. His specialization is in partnering large business units in pursuing aggressive growth goals while remaining attractive destinations for present and prospective employees to work for.
