Jayne is a well-known and respected global mobility leader, with deep experience in developing and executing mobility program strategies across multiple business sectors. Jayne has held roles both in-house (Kraft Foods, Unilever, Publicis, Facebook ) and at consultancies (Deloitte, Cartus) .

With more than 20 years of accumulated mobility expertise, she has worked in London, Tokyo and Singapore and currently leads the APAC Regional Mobilization Team at Johnson & Johnson. 

In 2024, Jane was awarded the FEM EMMA for her Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility.
