Jamie leads Amazon’s immigration operations across the APAC region, overseeing the delivery of strategic, compliant services for employees and candidates across multiple jurisdictions.

With over a decade of experience in immigration—primarily focused on APAC—she partners closely with HR, Legal, and mobility teams to drive scalable programs that enhance both operational efficiency and employee experience.

Jamie also supports cross-regional initiatives across EMEA. Prior to Amazon, she was a Senior Manager at the world’s largest immigration services provider, where she led high-volume corporate programs and advised multinational clients on compliance and workforce strategy.
