Previously, Dhilip led Talent Supply Chain and Staffing for the Asia-Pacific region at Tata Consultancy Services, where he played a pivotal role in external hiring, internal mobility, digitization efforts, and immigration compliance across more than 10 countries. He has also played a significant role in the Strategy office of the CEO of Growth Markets in TCS bringing synergy through collaboration and business insights across APAC, MEA, LATAM and India.  Renowned for fostering strategic partnerships and driving innovative solutions, he is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and delivering impactful outcomes.
