Cathlea Marcelo is a global mobility professional with over 15 years of experience across a wide range of global mobility facets like policy administration, stakeholder management, customer service, package preparation and review, exception management, business partnering, vendor management, immigration, taxes, and social security.

Cathlea previously worked in IBM as IA tax specialist, mobility operations and compensation specialist. She also worked in Deutsche Bank as a global mobility specialist. Currently working in Unilever as a Senior Global Mobility People Partner – Asia supporting directors, VPs and executive leadership with their mobility needs.

Cathlea is also responsible for managing operations and data accuracy. She has led agile squads on tax, learning & capability building and is currently supporting the Global Mobility Transformation strategy of Unilever.
