In the past year she has handled an assignee bereavement, liaised with the family and cleared the serviced apartment - which was handled this with care and integrity. She has also spearheaded initiatives that have: Improved the employee experience – implementing an initiative whereby she will call the first assignee mobilised onto a project to understand if there were any gaps in support and tweaking support for future mobilisations. She had weekly call with her assignees who were stuck in Singapore due to border restrictions to ensure they are taken care of. She arranged some fantastic online quizzes and got the global team to participate.
