Jea Bocaling has been with P&G for 20 years and currently the Global People Mobility Director for APAC, Greater China, India/Middle East and Africa Region. She has managed P&G Global Expatriate Payroll, Global Expat Tax Compliance Organization, Expat Financial Services such (Billings and Accounting), and Relocation Operations of P&G. Jea’s been involved in P&Gs journey to “modernize” our International Assignment Policy, implement a new technology for Relocation Eco-System, and reviewing and overhauling P&Gs Global People Mobility Delivery Organization.

Barbara Lam has been in the global mobility industry for more than 17 years. Barbara started her early mobility career with Procter & Gamble in Hong Kong then took an international assignment in Manila working on the regional expatriate payroll migration projects, re-engineering work processes, and training new team members. Taking all of this in-depth knowledge and expertise in expatriate compensation in Asia, she set up a regional team providing expatriate payroll services to the Procter & Gamble account for the EMEA region with IBM UK. Barbara is currently the regional manager at Avery Dennison overseeing the global mobility program for the Asia Pacific region and is involved with global mobility policy design, process review, and deploying new mobility initiatives.

I’ve joined Cargill in 2011 and am currently the Global Mobility Domain Lead. My role seeks to ensure global consistency in processes and service delivery to enhance employee experience. At Cargill, I had the opportunity to go on a short stint at Cargill Australia and led a Global Relocation Project where we consolidated over 60 different providers globally to one supplier. I was also involved in policy review, HR transformation to shared service center and other projects that are linked to Global Mobility business plans. Prior to Cargill, I was with Unilever for 7 years during which, I was in China for an assignment.

He has been with the Vietjet since 2018. As Group Director of People Department, he oversees all human resources deliveries. Yeoh brings with him 22 years of experience gained from different disciplines in Human Resources (HR) in diverse industries, ranging from telecommunications to IT, banking, hospitality, aviation and retail. Yeoh believes in enabling management to achieve organisational objectives through helping employees realise their potential. He also nurtures a culture of commitment to organisational success by streamlining individual performance with that of the company. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration and has spoken at numerous HR conferences across Southeast Asia.
