Shadha joined AltoVita after managing Resettle, a destination services company working primarily with European companies operating in India. This is where she developed her love for the global mobility industry and took a deeper dive into corporate housing for this sector.

Shradha has developed her process-driven mindset with her years of corporate experience with General Electric (GE), Unilever and Macquarie Bank. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing.
