Latha Olavatth, currently holding the position of Vice President, Client Relationship Management - Asia Pacific at CIBT, is entrusted with the responsibility of managing client relations across the Asia Pacific & Oceania region. Latha has over 2 decades of corporate immigration and travel experience serving Fortune 50 clients globally. In addition, she plays a vital role in expanding the business and raising brand awareness within the region. This entails nurturing both external and internal client relationships, spearheading new business ventures, overseeing CRM teams under her direct reports, and motivating them to meet the highest professional standards. Latha also oversees the management of ad hoc client projects, including costing, client training, and overseeing implementation from start to finish. With Double Honours Degree in Law, Latha has previously served as a Consular Officer at the Indian Consulate in Hong Kong, residing for over 28 years in the country. Latha has travelled extensively and has been an ‘expat’ herself having completed successful business assignments in Hong Kong, India and Dubai, UAE. Latha is currently based in Singapore and is a licensed Employment Agent ‘EA’ (EA License No. R209190), registered with the Ministry of Manpower.
