Arabelle started her career in the accounting industry, with her last position at Ernst & Young in Expatriate Tax. She had experience in Singapore and US Individual Tax return. This gave her a strong foundation in compensation and benefits, which contributes to effective policy management.

Arabelle moved to the Relocation industry in 2005 and has held various positions in operational and management roles. She has managed clients in the technology, automobile, and oil and gas industries, one of which had fully outsourced its relocation management function.

Today, as Director of Global Account Management, Arabelle has the overall global client relationship responsibility for a tri-regional account, ensuring global consistency in the delivery of the client relocation program.
