Miqi is currently leading the Global Performance Management at American International Group (AIG). Before assuming the global HR role, Miqi was the talent manager for AIG international regions. Miqi has extensive HR experience in talent management, leadership development and HR business partnering, having worked across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan in the past 10 years. Miqi is passionate about empowering people to achieve their best potential through training, mentoring, coaching and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Miqi holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, with second major in Economics. Miqi is also a certified Facet5 and career coach.
