Chantelle is a curious leader with over ten years experience designing enterprise level Global Mobility and HR initiatives architecting structural, capability and talent mobility solutions that shift the world of work. She has worked across a host of industries and global corporations including Hitachi Energy, ABB and Topia as a Global Mobility Project Manager, HR Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Currently, she leads the Talent Development Team at global engineering consultancy KBR, shaping organisational capability and people engagement strategies.

She is committed to redefining the employee experience through coaching, mentoring and leveraging HR technology for the greater good – having established a Global Business Service, HR systems implementation and redefining a global onboarding and capability program.

Chantelle has developed a unique perspective when it comes to global workforce topics. Influenced by her time living abroad, strengths-based coaching and her global network, she brings a human-centred Design Thinking approach to HR & Global Mobility.
