Barbara has been in the global mobility industry for more than 20 years. She began her mobility career with Procter & Gamble in Hong Kong then took an international assignment in Manila working on regional expatriate payroll migration projects and re-engineering work processes. Taking all this expertise in expatriate compensation in Asia Pacific, she set up a regional team providing expatriate payroll services for the EMEA region with Procter & Gamble UK and IBM UK later.

Barbara currently manages the global mobility program for the Americas & Asia Pacific region at Avery Dennison and is involved with global policy design/process review as well as leading global projects and new initiatives.
